Cheesy bacon strips from the airfryer
Ingredients:
Directions:
- frozen puff pastry, 2 slices
- 3 sundried tomatoes in little pieces
- 50 grams grated emmenthaler cheese
- 30 grams pre-baked bacon pieces
- 1 tbsp oil
Directions:
- Let the puff pastry de-frost then cut it into smallish stripes
- Brush olive oil on the stripes then cover with the tomatoes, cheese and bacon
- Pre-heat the air fryer on 180 degrees
- Fold aluminium foil into a circle, just a bit smaller than the bottom of the net
- Place 4 stripes at a time on a similar shaped pieces of baking paper
- place this on the foil and place in the net
- bake for 6 minutes or until the pastry is brown and puffed
