Pineapple chutney
Ingredients:
Directions:
Gather all the ingredients in a pan and cook on medium heat for 25 minutes.
If the liquid is too thin use a sniff of arrowroot to thicken the mixture.
Eat warm or cold to taste!
- a fresh pineapple ,in cubes
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 1 tablespoon finely grated ginger root
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 2 tbsps white vinegar
- sugar to taste (not needed I think!)
- sniff of arrowroot
