My inspiration:
Family and friends,
The low fodmap do's,
Robert Lustig's "Sugar, the bitter truth ",
The China Study by T. Colin Campbell,
Intermittent Fasting,,
A good Work out , fresh air and sunshine.
What inspires you?
The recipes I use on a daily basis are inspired by the lowfodmap diet, knowledge about the effects of processed sugar and everything we read in the China study.
But most of all I use common sense.
Let's face it, you need a lot of common sense with the amount of information that is now available through the internet., books etc.
You can't know it all ( although I'd like to think so ), so very often you end up remembering the facts that are important to you at that time.
If it turns out information is just not interesting or not useable it'll diappear from it's own accord, leaving room for new ideas.
No problem at all..........just never stop collecting new information and ideas, stay inspired!
The information about intermittent fasting, sugar and the China study are based on my personal information gathering and interpretation.
My advice would be to spend time and read about these subjects if you're interested, don't take my word for it.
Part of the journey is picking up pieces of information, checking them out and deciding whether or not to put them in your backpack or leaving them behind.
That is why I've added a few sources to start reading and exploring these subjects...........safe travels!
