Teff banana porridge
Ingredients:
Directions:
- 1 cup teff grains
- 1 1/2 cup of water
- 1 cup rice milk
- 100 cc rice cooking cream
- 1 banana in pieces
- 1 tsp. speculaaskruiden
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp vanilla powder or 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp rum extract or 2 tbsp rum
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a cooking pan and bring to a boil
- Boil on low heat for 15-20minutes until all liquid is absorbed and the teff is done.
