Savory spicy chestnut bites
Ingredients for 50-60 chestnut bites:
1. Mix the dry ingredients
2. Mix the oil and the wine and gently mix in with the flour mixture
3. Make sure the tomatoes are well grinded, use your handed if needed to make the pieces even smaller and mix in
4. On parchment paper make a flat ball of about 1,5 cm thick, then cut the dough into shapes (about 2,5 cm )
5. Create some space between the individual pieces
6. Bake in a pre-heated oven on 180 degrees celsius for 15 minutes, turn down the temperature to 160 degrees and bake for 15 minutes more.
Serve when completely cooled down with cheese, dips or other spreads.......yummy!
- 1 1/4 cups rice flour
- 2/3 cup chestnut flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon ras al hanout spices (or a different mix of course , according to your own preference)
- 2 tbsp dried parsley
- 6 sundried tomatoes, grinded in the foodprocessor
- 1/3 cup rice oil
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
