Roquefort soup the Brussel way
Ingredients:
* Asafoetida is used for it's wonderful garlicy and onion flavor but........it has a very strong odor. Make sure to properly heat the powder by cooking or baking with the dish to lose that smell. Storing Asafoetida should be done in a closed container *Serve this soup with some simple bread, the soup has a nice fatty and strong taste. No need to add any other flavors to the mix. Bon appetit! |
