Flavored oil
For this recipe feel free to use any oil, as long as it is suitable for cooking and baking.

- 1 cup of oil
- 1 whole garlic, sliced through the middle
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp minced chili
- 1 tsp basil
- thyme, rosemary
- 2 oven dishes
- Preheat oven to 150 degrees celsius,
- Pour oil in the biggest oven dish,
- Add your choice of herbs,
- Add a lid to the oven dish but make sure it's not completely airtight,
5. "Bake"the oil with the herbs for 1 hour at 150 degrees celsius
6. When you have used garlic use a very fine sieve to remove any garlic pieces.
7. Let the oil cool completely before storing it in the fridge, (if it needs to get stored at all, I tend to use the oil all the time!)
Very important to think about is to keep the oil in the fridge all the time and use it for no longer than a week.
