Pumpkin Sauce
Pumpkin sauce is my answer to applesauce,
easy to make and so versatile! Ingredients:
The sauce can be used as a spread on toast or crackers but also as a baking product to replace applesauce or canned pumpkin puree. After the winter cranberries and pumpkin are not available in the stores here The cranberries can be replaced by 3 kiwis or 2 oranges, you will need to add extra fluids to compensate for the missing cranberry juice. Pumkin can be blanched so you can fill your freezer if you'd like. How to blanche pumpkin:
