800 grams of fruit,own choice (for example, strawberries,orange pieces, apricots, blue berries, bananas; make sure the fruit mixture i smoist enough, include the natural fruit juices)
125 grams of butter
Maple syrup/orange juice/rum if more liquid is needed
2 tsp cinnamon
Cover the bottom of an oven dish with the fruit mixture
In a bowl mix the quinoa with 1 tsp of cinnamon and the melted butter,use your hands to soak all the flakes. If part of the mixture is still dry add a few drops rum, maple syrup or orange juice
Mix 1 tbsp of the quinoa mixture with the fruit
Use the rest of the quinoa to cover the fruit
Bake in a pre-heated oven on 170 degrees celsius for 40 minutes
