Kale potato soup
Ingredients:
Directions:
- 400 grams potatoes cubed
- 3 cups finely cut kale, just the leaves not the stems
- 650cc broth own choice
- 1 cup cooking cream (rice cream, minus L are safe fodmap choices)
- fresh chives,parsley
- 50 grams butter
- tsp lemonpepper, grinded cloves
Directions:
- Bake the potatoes with the chives and parsley in the butter until glazed
- Add the kale, cooking cream and the spices
- Use a food blender to smoothen the mixture
- Add broth until you have the preferred thickness
