Quiche a la Suisse
Ingredients:
- 300 grams grated cheese , for instance Emmenthaler and Old Amsterdam
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp flour (I use rice flour)
- Spices to taste
- 140 grams "ham'cubes
- Gluten free puff pastry
- 250cc lactose free yoghurt
Directions:
- Combine flour and spices, add the cheese and mix well
- Mix the eggs, add the yoghurt then mix in with flour and cheese
- Add the quorn
- Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees celsius
- Cover a baking dish with baking paper
- Cover the bottom with puff pastry
- Scoop in the mixtureand bake for 55minutes at 180 degrees
