Kale pesto
Ingredients:
Directions:
- 1/2 cup brazilian nuts grinded
- 1/2 tbsp dried orange peel,grinded
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup garlic oil ,to prevent garlic "contamination"use a sieve
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 can tomato cubes
- 2-3 cups of finely cut kale (add kale according to taste)
Directions:
- Using a food blender, blend all ingredients until small and easy to mix
- Mix everything together and enjoy, the taste will develop over the first few days!
