With King's day coming up the country will be colored orange.
From hats to cakes to....this pasta bake!
I have made this recipe quite a few times and with a variety of veggies but for now let's stick with the national color.
Gluten free pasta is perfect for recipes like this.
I find it quite difficult to cook gluten free pasta al dente, whether it's rice or quinoa pasta it tends to get soggy very quickly.
Now in a pasta bake that is not an issue, you get the flavor and texture without the soggyness!
Also an easy option for a pre-pepared dish just pop it in the oven when you come home from the king's day festivities....tadaaaaa!
