Definitely a sound advice; life is short, eat dessert first!
One of our family slogans when we remind each other to enjoy all the good things we have around us.
It is also a very appropriate title for this blog because some desserts are so wonderful, great ,delicious etc. etc. you will want to eat them before dinner!
(especially when you find out they are pretty healthy as well!)
Finding a dessert that feels like dessert but does not leave you feeling guilty afterwards can be quite a challenge.
Especially storebought desserts can be so full of sugar and add-ins, it takes the fun out of enjoying eating dessert.
For me, once I have cooked dinner I don't always feel like getting back in the kitchen and spend lots of time on another course.
So.......here's a solution.....yummy, easy and ready to go after dinner....these are desserts you will like!

microwave coconut cupcakes
Ingredients per cupcake:
Directions: Mix the ingredients and microwave for 1minute at 1000 watt
Cupcake should feel "springy"to the touch.
Add in options are cranberries, chocolate chips.........anything goes!
- 1/2 banana mashed
- 1tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tbsp peanut butter, no extra oil added
- 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
Directions: Mix the ingredients and microwave for 1minute at 1000 watt

Directions:
Blend the ingredients,
microwave for 1 minute to melt the chocolate,
Serve warm or cold....yummmm!
